ChristineAda’s filmmaking philosophy centers on African realism, telling stories drawn from personal experience, societal observation, and human psychology. Her films explore trauma, family dynamics, youth challenges, religion, sexuality, governance, inequality, and moral complexity.

Anthony Darkwah Kwame is a Ghanaian actor and film Production Coordinator based in Tamale. He is a key member of Nixie Studios, where he works both in front of the camera and behind the scenes to bring meaningful African stories to life.
Anthony is passionate about acting in stories that feel real. He uses emotion and life experience to bring his characters to life in an honest and relatable way. In his role as Production Manager at Nixie Studios, Anthony helps turn creative ideas into finished films. He manages film productions by assisting with planning, scheduling, and team coordination.
Anthony has contributed to projects such as We Don’t Talk About Our Fathers: (The Untold African Trauma) and Across the Compound, where he combined performance with production support. Through these stories, he explores social issues, family dynamics, and the realities of African life.
He believes film is more than just entertainment but shows how people live, starts important conversations, and helps people grow. Through his work at Nixie Studios, Anthony remains committed to learning, collaboration, and building a strong and sustainable African film industry.

Magdalene brings her love for Ghanaian textiles and fashion to the forefront, crafting bespoke looks that tell stories of culture and creativity. From traditional prints to modern twists, her designs add depth and authenticity to every production. Collaborating with director and actors, Magdalene ensures every costume sparks a vibe. When she’s not acting or designing, Magdalene loves exploring local markets for inspiration and mentoring young creatives.

I am an actress and Welfare Manager at Nixie Studios, where I support cast and crew to ensure smooth productions and strong performances. Acting is my passion, and I focus on bringing authenticity and impact to every role.
Since joining in late 2023, I have featured in several short skits, including Money Over Vision, Borrowed Christmas, The Wrong Sacrifice, Prophetess Fire for Fire, The Lazy Wife, Borrowed Suit, International Driver, Love Under the Bonnet, and Heartbreak Hotel. I have also appeared in feature films such as We Don’t Talk About Our Fathers: The Untold African Trauma as Mama D, and Across the Compound. In 2025, I performed in the stage play Gospel Wahala at the Canvas Festival.
As Welfare Manager, I help create a supportive and professional environment that enables every team member to perform at their best. I remain committed to growing with Nixie Studios and telling meaningful African stories that inspire transformation.

His styling approach is story-focused and practical. He creates looks inspired by real life, culture, and the character’s background, helping to show identity, social status, personal struggles, growth, and the balance between tradition and modern life.
As a production stylist, Matthew plans, creates, and maintains character hairstyles throughout filming. He works closely with directors, actors, and the production team to ensure consistency, emotional honesty, and strong visual storytelling in every project.
